I don't live in Walden Pond but i was shown an apartment last week. I could not believe that the manager would show me this place, the walls had hand prints all over them, the place smelled like dog, the floors looked like the had not been swept, and the kitchen was very dirty. I looked in the oven, (copletely black). I ask if they cleaned after every tenant left and she looked at me and said our tenants get the apartment as is, they way the previous residents left it. Is this place for real!' Do apartments really do this. That very same day I went to the other apartment complexs around. I believe the name are Ashgrove, Village Green, and McClellan I, II, and III. Ashgrove no one was there, both times i looked. Village green i did not eve bother once i pulled in I noticed same family outside with 3 children talking/fighting with the police, i didn't want to deal with that. McClellan I & II didn't have any availiable at the time but looked very clean and safe, the manager there told me about the other areas as well as McClellan III. I went to McClellan III and realized that this was the place for me clean, friendly, and i feel safe.

to make a long story short do not go to walden pond unless you like to do a deep clean before you move in. Also i heard from tenants that the bottom floors alway leak and the staff just laughs about it, about doesn't fix it.
