First off, I'd have to say that the apartment staff is very helpful and willing to work with you on whatever needs you have. Maintenence is slightly slow. Condition of apartment is mediocre. Very poor paint job and carpet is a mess. Cabinets in bad shape and plumbing is slow. Nice location, close to downtown and the highway and also close to walking trails and parks. Good school district. Be careful with neighbors, but that's for any apartment that you get.
I would recommend it simply based on price and good staff.
