When I first moved in a year ago, it seemed all right. But as time went on things got worse. People parking in my carport, then my shower faucet now leaks terribly, the antiquated AC broke down after only several months, noisy neighbors above me. Gets very hot in the rooms. Also, plumbing acts really slow. Funny noises happening in the plumbing in bathroom area. To top it all off, everything here appears to be at least 30 years old. There was also a bug infestation of some kind in my bathroom. Power outlets are terrible, appliances won't stay plugged in. Not really worth the $465 a month I paid for it. Seems rather a ripoff for such a shoddy place! Thankfully I am moving within a month to a better apartment.
