The office looked great the day we moved in. Then a few weeks later when we started to have problems. You can call and call and call the ofice with no one in there. Landlord is rarely around. You're lucky to see her by 10am. Maintence is terrible/nonexistant. You can call the office 4 or 5 times and unless you stay on top of it, things do NOT get fixed. I have talked to mulitple neighbors who have problems with mold that they claim is the tennant's fault for not using the window while showering. The people I have talked to said they tried everything. The laundry room is in terrible shape. They are expensive because it takes so much for the dryer to work. Lights remain out due to their lack of desire to fix them. There was a parking lot light out that remained that way for about 3 months. Walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors walk and talk down their hallways in their apartment. The pool is in terrible condition. It has leaves and debris and this is whenever they finally decide to open it. The painting is terrible! There are places where there are hairs stuck in the paint. This isn't just one or 2 it's more like 20 or 30 and they are even in the stairways outside the apartments! There is a terrible problem with bugs. There are earwigs everywhere, spiders everywhere and little black bugs that burrow into your carpet. BEWARE! They are cheap and they look nice but it is all a show! I would have a really hard time going back if it was the last available complex in town!
