I lived there a while ago. While I was waiting for my internet to hook up, I used my laptop to search for unsecured wireless routers. was able to tap into one that had a weak signal. Found out that it was the Office internet. Was able to read financial documents and other information about other tenants.

I wonder if they ever secured it.

While staying there, The apartment got infested with fleas, the 1 washer and 1 dryer was broken for months upon months. Also, the washer/dryer usage went up per load, and when asked, I was told because "it was the rising costs of maintenance" ....what cost' One dryer was broken, the other dryer had to be run through twice to get your clothes dry.

Come to find out, the other complex a short walk away,. their washer/dryer units were all working and were cheaper to use. Our whole complex found that out, and then it was hard to get an available washer/dryer.

I would not recommend it. It was a nice place, if they would get on the ball, and pull their head out of their ass.
