They take great care to make it "look" like a great place to live, but do little for you when you move in. Reported bug problem to be told "we know about them and do not know where they come from"--that's it, no calling an exterminator or anything. Broken/missing/umatched blind slats were discovered after moving in, have not had a reply. Also, messy, rude neighbors. We constantly get garbage/cigaretts/beer caps/even cut hair on our balcony from the one upstairs. They often swear and fight, and i have to close my windows and doors. I am too afriad to approche them on keeping their garbage from falling on our balcony. HUNDREDS of igaretts are all over the lawn, and mainenence does nothing but mow over them
