Grounds are not kept clean. You have to call at least 3 times to get anything done. Maintenance is slow to respond. Maintenance comes into apartement when they want. Had to tell them they were not allowed to come in unless we were home. Work was not done right if we were not here. Office assistance is incompetent. They tell you to either talk to Jamie or to call the office in Lansing. Cleaning crew is rude and snotty. Every time I go in the office, everyone is sitting there talking and no work is getting done. Balconies are poorly built and carports have fallen down and have not been fixed for two months. They say they are working on it, yeah right. It takes many months to get repaired. Lights outside and in hallways will be out for weeks before they get fixed. There is no parking. You have to walk in an unlight parking lot to your car. Most neighbors are rude and act like they are on welfare. Rules in your contract that you sign and agree to follow are not followed by other tenants and nothing is done about it. Especially by people who work and live here, they are constantly breaking rules. I can not wait to move out.
