The maintenance response for the most part is poor, and the other tenants always trying to start fights and you get treated like garbage(by Angie mostly)! But the resident manager is nice! Her assistant(Angie) to put it bluntly is a snotty -----! They send letters to you if your rent is late threatening to take you to court as a ?scare tactic? it?s pathetic! The grounds are pretty clean and even though there is no security measures taken it?s pretty safe here. You can feel safe walking to and from your car at night...there?s no gym, but the have a fairly small outdoor pool and a tennis court.

P.S. I'm getting ripped off on my rent b/c it's income based!
