Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
It has been my experience that Northwind Forest Apartments has very unorganized staff and management. Several times in the past year they have switched managers. Furthermore they crook their residents and hand out evictions like candy, even when it is a mixup on THEIR part. If you can avoid this place, please do!
