Our third day living at Northwind our door broke and we were locked out for 5 hours, maintenance never answered emergency number and we had no where to sleep for the night. Aside from that all appliances are old and not efficient, all winter people smoked in the halls so your bedroom smells like cigarettes when you wake up. But probably the worst thing is being able to hear everything! You can neighbors talking, sneezing,and whatever else because the wall are so thin.
The newest manager is doing a great job, so things are improving. We only moved in because the lowered the price to get people to live here. Now the price is so high its not worth putting up with all the bad things here.
Please before you move in here save ALL work orders, keep paperwork or they will try to make you pay fines you don't owe. just a warning.
