My wife and I were considering applying for a townhouse here. But, after reading the reviews on this site I called them to get some more information about their application reqirements. They were very vague about what the credit requirements are. I even talked with a regional manager who didn?t give any more information. They should set a credit score guideline or something...it seems that the application approval/disapproval is very ambiguous. $100 non-refundable application fee is a lot of money to fork out without having clear guidelines. We decided not to risk it.
