I was looking for an apartment to rent and was very wary after reading the reviews, but we decided to look anyway. The windows have all been replaced and it looks like the apartments have been remodled on the inside. The grounds looked great! I was very surprised. The rent was far priced and after looking at all the other apartments in Midland...Village Townhomes was the best. They must have had some manger changes since the last reviews so I just wanted to let anyone who may be looking for an apartment know that they are very nice. The application fee was only $25.00
