Honestly I'm shocked at the bad reviews!

My roommate and I moved in here in December of 2005 and we've so pleased with everything.

The basement has been a wonderful little rec room, the living and dining room areas are spacious and well light with large windows in both. Our bedrooms are comfortable and average sized, and the bathroom has a decent sized tub.

We have brand new carpet and maintainence has been wonderful! We've never had to wait more than an hour or two for them to come and most of the problems we've had we caused - i.e. a broken disposal.

Peggy in the leasing office never fails to amaze me, either. She's the sweetest woman, polite and helpful always.

I highly recommend Village Townhomes. At least come see for yourself before buying into these reviews!
