Not so bad as some of the reviews. The doors had leaks so in the winter was cold, and the building was old so the vents didnt get any cold air or warm air upstairs. Management changed in late 2006 and was very unhelpful. basically told you to do what was against your lease. if the old managers were there would reccomend, but not now. wanted to "stop" in and do inspection w/out warning, and upset that would not let them in.
