Village Townhomes now has new management and much remodeling has taken place. Beautiful park-like setting and pet friendly too! I love walking my dogs on the property. Maintenance is very prompt and always available. Not to mention that the rental rates are comparable if not lower to every other property in Midland. I looked at the other reviews when Village Townhomes used to be Garden Terrace and there werent any good things mentioned, but when I went and checked out a townhome, I was stunned. Evrything is neat and clean, the townhomes in move-in condition. I would recommend this property to anyone!
