I rented one of their apartments for approximately 4 months, until unfortunately I was unable to further afford rent due to becoming laid off from my job. This place was very willing to work with me however, so I fault them not one bit in having to terminate my lease. They did however, terminate MUCH earlier than my year, and did not charge me for the rest of the year.

The complex itself, was very new and so the lawns were not finished, however they were making great progress on that when I left, and now that I am fully employed and making good money, I may very well go back.

The staff are very friendly, and try their hardest to befriend each person, and know them all personally. They made no quams about the rules, but were very lax on most of them, and basically if it didn't disturb anyone else, wasn't illegal, and didn't ruin the apartment... they didn't care what you did.

This is however an income capped facility, so under so much per year, and your rent reduces heavily in rates. My monthly rent was $525 per month for a huge 2 bedroom apartment with a VERY NICE layout. I made under 19K per year though at the time. It may be more if you are over 19K, or they may not even be able to rent to you. I also believe the prices dropped since then. It could be lower overall.
