The walls and floor/ceilings are paper thin. You can hear everything your neighbors do (even in the bedroom!) They could have solved alot of the problems here if they just aded some insulation between the apartments. The cops have been to our building 4 times in the 10 months we've been here just to respond to noise disturbances. The parking SUCKS! You have to park on the other side of the grounds on some nights because the lots are completely full. Not ideal if you have two little kids and are coming in with groceries. Even worse in the winter!
