Office staff has never heard the term customer service.

The appartments look very nice and are spacious but you can hear every thing your neighbors do. The alarm clock of the appartment above me sounded like it was actully in my room. The biggest problem is the office ladies. They are snoty, mad at the world, hateful, unhelpful and got plenty of attitude, they will make you life hell. Beware.
