I'm literally shocked by some of the other reviews because this apartment has been great for my wife and I. We are a young couple and have lived in many other apartments in Midland, and this apartment was our favorite.

Pros:
Management- Jamie, the office manager, is THE BEST. She should be running the company. The other girl can be rude (but I think they fired her) ask for Jamie, she ALWAYS helps!
Maintenance- Always same or next day service (Even for light bulbs or batteries for smoke detectors) and they are friendly (the guy who mows the lawn even helped us move our giant entertainment center when we couldn't lift it!)
Price- Not bad at all for a 3 bedroom 2 bath.
Pond- The peaceful view on our balcony over the pond is relaxing and looks great.
Location- You can get to Meijer or the Mall in 2 minutes. Even bike there.

Cons:
Parking- Lacking unless you buy covered parking for extra money
Noise- Have yet to find an apartment that doesn't have this problem however.

please dont believe this , jamie must be paying them to say its a good place , that is lie . please take a survey and i bet more people hate it that like it..
