I would never recommend anyone to move into this s--- hole. The management is terrible she does not know how to handle any situation get her out and get someone in there that can handle the job. Parking SUCKS and when you say something about it they just tell you to park at the office and walk to your apartment and we are paying good money to live here. Very cheaply built and it shows, maintenance men are horrible they can not fix anything all they do is ride around all day with a lawn mower and trailer smoking their cigerettes and getting fatter by the minute, but yet if you throw out a cigerette butt you will get charged $25.00 if they have to pick them up, what kind of crap is that. Jamie is rude, nasty and all around a push over it doesn't take much to push her around and get your way. They close the pool to everyone because someone breaks the rules but yet you are paying to have that right to swim in that pool. I think it is time to go above Jamie's head to the bigger dogs and maybe even farther than that about this s--- hole. Wonder what the owner would think of his/her apartment complex. Some people that don't even live here that have a family member living here are always turning people in and calling the cops on people.

The same person keeps posting reviews as anonymous, disregard these anonymous reviews, I lived here before moving out of state a few months ago, and had none of these problems.

Its easy to tell someone to move out if they dont like it but when your paying 700 a month and have a family its not that easy. maint is horrible and everyone that lives here are complaining so there must be a problem. Maybe you work here and thats why your sticking up for this place. I hope the owners read this and do something fast.

Let me tell you something about your reply to my comments and for moving out don't worry about it, if I had my way I would move out but I have a family that needs a roof over there head and for me calling in the night for help with heat that has never happened as for working on furnaces they do not know what they are doing when I told them I had to purchase a hepa filter do to my child's allergies they couldn't even figure out what kind of filter fits in there. They told me what size to get and it was the wrong size. I don't have to watch them drive around that is all you hear all day long is them going by your house. You are certainly a brown noser that is probably in with the office. Get a life and look what is going on. As for the used car lot that is happening at 500 block if Jamie doesn't do something about it I will turn it into the city. You can not run a car lot out of a residential/governmental facility. I will not park my car anyway else if I have too I will park on the lawn. It's real safe for families when the lights don't even work out in front of your complex and have been like that for a year, so this goes back to maintenance not knowing how to do there job. Before you post get your facts straight. Jamie lets 510 block park in 500 block so they don't have no place to park and then when you say something about it she tells you to park at the office and walk home. BULLS---. not with the rent I'm paying.
