I have lived at Woodland for over a year now and up untill now I thought it was a wonderful place to live. Afordable cute cozy little apartment. Our fridge died on us a week and a half ago and we are still waiting for our new one. The maintenece guy cam right away to look at the fridge and the he ordered a new one that came two days later. We had some scheduling problems that I was okay with in the begining but we managed to schedule it to be put in on that following Monday and 1:00 PM. I waited till 1:15 pm to call and see if they were still coming to put the fridge in and they said oh one of the guys went home already and they need to people to put it in! So I'm sitting there waiting calmly and they don't even bother to call me and let me know no one is coming! They acted like it was no big deal that my fridge didn't come and that no one let me in the secret that someone went home early. I got my fridge the next day and they were actually on time. They also decided to leave me with four big muddy dirt stains where they brought the fridge in. Of course the apartment dwellers are responsible for cleaning up the mess the apartment complex made because one of its fridges puked. In the end I have a fridge that works!
