I have lived at Woodland Place Apts for about 6 months now. Everything here is terrible. The staff is ridiculous when it comes to service. Our faucet in the tub has leaked for the entire time staying here. It took their maintenence staff 2 months to put a screen in our living room window and one bedroom never got one. We have had leaks through our ceiling from the upstairs neighbors. And, our other surrounding neighbors have scared us enough to call the police. He thought he would be a bright idea to shoot his (stolen/dirty) pistol outside of the complex. I would not recommend Woodland Place to anyone unless you look through the apartments first.
