I lived here for nine months while going to Northwood University, and had so many troubles here! First of all, the apartment was outdated and in poor condition. Second, they try to rip you off at every chance they get! The office made several huge mistakes regarding my apartment, and because of their mistakes I even got notices of eviction... TWICE! This cost so much time and money... They only care about getting as much of your money as they can, and the icing on top of the cake was when I moved out I didn't even get my full security deposit back (even though the apartment was left just as I got it, and was left in immaculate condition). If at all possible avoid this apartment complex, even if the rent is relatively low, because in the end you end up paying more because of all the different ways that they rip you off. Save yourself the trouble and the stress! I know people who will be living there for school, and I will always tell them they are better off somewhere else... ANYWHERE ELSE! My advice' ... Just stay away from the Woodlands!
