nEVER HAD ANYB OF THESE PROBLEMS OK no place is perfect and I have never had any of these problems. Sure Manager is strict and place is being improved all the time. I had to get rid of my grill was not happy but that was the rule. Office staff and Fix it guys all good.

Worst Place to Live in the State I have never had a worst living experience than when living in Woodland place. The place should be bulldozed from one end to the other. Minimal $$ spent to fix anything up, hallways smell terrible, wood falling off the decks. Everything is about the money
