Culver Estates is a complete and total joke, they have 1 & 2 Bdrm apts at a rental rate of sky high, in fact higher than most of the other apartments in the area and the rates just keep climbing. They use the cheapest of cheap when it comes to their appliances, the size of the laundry rooms should be a major code violation and if something breaks ...good luck getting it fixed.
The area they call the pet walk could be considered a wading pool,so of course the tenants have no place for their pooch's to poop except around the entrances and walkways, we have come across several piles and have even slid through a few, and we also cannot forget the massive piles of human crap that have been left in the main hallways.Its like they have a rental program for newly released mental patients, and believe thats where they get their staff from as well, which they seem to go through a lot of. Bottom line is that this place is a miserable hell hole and we will definitely not be renewing our lease this year. But if your into poorly managed apartments,low grade everything, like to walk through ---- and pay nearly $800.00 bucks a month to do so then this is the place for you.
