Like the managers but hate All State Management Company who owns them!

This place is falling apart.
I feel so sorry for the managers.
They do the best they can with what they have.
The company refuses to put any money into fixing this place.
I live in a basement apartment and my ceiling is always flooding from the above Central Air systems, my floors are always flooding from the gutter spouts being knocked away and the water running straight down.
The entire parking lot needs to be torn out and re-paved very badly! The manager fixes things the best he can, btu he can only do so much with the little money he is allowed.
The buildings are rotten and he even made a comment that the buildings need to be blown up and rebuilt from scratch.
This place has been neglected for way too long and they charge WAY TOO MUCH for nothing.
This place shouldn't be no more than $400/month for a two bedroom.
But, they charge $680/month for a two bedroom.
Absolutely rediculous for such a run down crappy place to live.
I don't blame the manager though.
He does what he can!

new owners are no better than old owners. 9/05 - 6/06. Fired great manager because she wanted to follow health codes and rent apartments without mold, filthy carpets and water leaks.
