It is not the best place

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 

I lived there for more than a year.

There were bugs all the time and very loud.

The rent is way more than it should be and it wasn't a very enjoyable experience.

The building was not built for kids.

If you don't want to have kids living around you then I suggest don't live here.
