great manager bad owners

I have lived here for over three years.

The owner puts absolutly NO money into the care of them.

There are huge pot holes that they cant seem to keep up with and refuse to spend money on repaving it.

So instead of fixing the water problems, broken floors, walls caving in and other things they spend 500 dollars on beautiful flowers.

The manager is great, does all he can but the cheap owner doesn't seem to care about the out dated worn apartments that cost more than they should.
