This place is not kid friendly. we have 2 young kids and the place is not built for kids. the maintainance does not do their job. the management dont care. this place is falling apart. the parking lots are not well lit, there is broken lights, so you cant see to get to your car. there has been several break-in's in cars. where the play ground is there is this big lake-like puddle and its there all year round. people here have big dogs, and they dont clean up after them. i have stepped in dog poop many times. i dont let my kids play outside. during the summer the kids around here run the place, they are everywhere, and there is not a parent in sight. they play in the road and dont move when you go in or out. so you more-less have to run them over to get out or in.
