I just wanted to say that Parkside Lane is a beautiful community now. It is now owned by a corporation who has revitalized and made beautiful this apartment complex. There is a wonderful office staff now and she takes great care with the residents. There is an actual maintenance staff who responds to works orders immediately, who picks up grounds and they now do community events. Parkside Lane is great. Since the new owners took over, I believe it's Madison Property Management or Wilson White Co., There have been numerous move in's and I think there are only a few vacant apartments in the whole complex. Management even knocks on doors to make sure everything is going great. Now, I couldn't ask for a better place to live. I love it. The staff is great.
