It was alright.. - I lived at Culver Estates for a year. The apartments was AWESOME. It was very big and had lots of space. But there was definitely alot of negatives. The plumbing wa horrible, it seems like everyother day they were shutting to water of to the buildings. The parking lots were very terrible, pot holes everywhere. And the staff was terrible. A joke - I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The management could careless about anyone in the complex. The halls are so gross that I wouldn't even allow company over. non-responsive ownership and management i have called several times (more than 6!!!) and they haven't returned my calls. how disrespectful and unprofessional. i will stir anyone away from this apartment community. whoever owns this apartment complex NEEDS to fire the management staff.

this complex sucks the maintenance does not do anything someones app was flooded from rain water and there a/c doesnt work everything was ruined the electrical doesnt work right the maintenance doesnt know i to do anything its like liveing in the slums

We are so happy we moved here! My husband and I LOVE our new apartment. Its spacious with a huge master bedroom and big walk in closet. Big bathroom. Everything looked brand new upon move in. Very pet friendly. Apartments are much more sound proof than our previous one. LOVE the full size
