I like it - I live in the one bedroom, and it isnt bad. The rent 385 per moth is good, but the girl i know downstairs is having all sorts of problems,
also our breakers are not accesible to us,so every time we pop a breaker, we have to wait for her to come turn it back on...

No Plans on Moving! - The staff and maintanence are very nice, but it does take maintenence quite awhile to respond and when they do, the repairs are usually half-assed and require repeated "fixes". There is a problem with the children, but that is not the fault of the management it's just a couple of new families who have obvious poor parenting skills. It's these same families who are also ...Full review of Yorkshire Commons

I'm living here forever - I have lived at Stone Crest for over 3 years. When I got married this summer we even decided to stay in the apartments and simply switched to a new building. The rent is a bit high but considering what you get it is totally worth it. They have a pool and a work out facility. The work out room is simple, but it has a TV with cable and is well maintained. They have a computer and business ...Full review of Stone Crest Apartments

- The appartment is beautiful and clean, and affordable in these tough times. We appreciate that our pets are welcome. We have never had a problem with unruly children or teens, and have witnessed no drug/crime issues or frequent police visits as the previous post commented. In an downstairs appartment, we stay nice and cool in the summer, but heating in winter can get a bit more ...Full review of Arbors at Eagle Crest Apartments

Nice apartment but... - I just moved out a couple weeks ago. I was told by the -------, -------, that if I moved out early, I would be refunded the prorated amount. However, this was not the case. I spoke with her about it and she said she told me that was only if someone moved in. I tried to explain but she interrupted me over and over again to tell me I was wrong. Any of the residents will be able ...Full review of Country Place Apartments

OK - Lexington Ridge is a relatively decent place to live. My only problem while living there was the noise. I lived in a two-person townhouse, and I could constantly hear my neighbor--he lived by himself, but until I confronted him, I honestly thought he had a roommate because of how loud he was. Other than that, my other neighbors were so quiet, I didn't even know they were ...Full review of Lexington Ridge

Perfect First Apartment! - This was the first apartment I lived in off campus. I lived with 5 other girls and because they had tighter budgets, I settled with this place. The rent was cheap, the proximity to campus was nice, and being right off broomfield, I thought it would be loud, but it wasn't and turned out to be quite convenient when I was in a hurry to get somewhere. There were no parking ...Full review of Casaloma Apartments

- The location is one of the best if you are a CMU student: close to north campus, close to Main St. and all of its festivities, within far walking distance from Downtown bars (not bad on warmer nights). The price for the location and the apartment is not bad. The rooms are decently sized. The place is older but somewhat well taken care of (for a college apartment complex). I'm happy with the Forum - I've lived in the Forum Apartments (building B) for 9 months now and am happy with my experience so far. I was a little timid at first when I read about the bugs on these reviews... but I asked the manager before I moved in and she was very open about it. She let me know I wouldn't have a problem and I haven't had a problem either. It was hard at first to get used to the noise of ...Full review of Forum Apartments
