just a signed a lease here and so far so good. haven t had anything major break so wer eally haven t had to call maintenance, but the office staff seems friendly enough. sometimes i have to drive around for a few minutes to find parking but I try not to move my car much since its close to walk to campus.

pros: close to campus, nice tv, walking distance to the cabin (my fave bar so far)

cons: parking is tight, clubhouse is not done yet!
