This place was advertised as "Luxury Apartments"...that was a joke! Appliances & cabinets hadn't been updated for at least 7 years, we had to replace our garbage disposal 4 months after we moved in, the diswasher was literally falling apart, kitchen & both bathroom floors needed new linoleum (it was peeling and stained)...loud neighbors on all sides and not much managment did to stop that...tenants took their dogs to crap just about anywhere without cleaning up after...cigarette butts tossed about...very tight parking spaces and for $750-$850/month, this place is a scam! I'm sure it would be great for a college student that didn't care much about their surroundings (it is very close to campus)but for someone who is looking for "Luxury"...this is not it. I do have to say that managment was very curtious but really did nothing to improve quality. Nice pool but not big enough for the community...really only could use it for 3 months out of the year anyway. Don't let the "model" that they show you fool you. Definitely not worth it.

Wow you must not have lived ANYWHERE else, because these are some of the best apartments in town and they are priced incredably reasonable. They're beautiful apartments, granted some appliances are old, but appliaces are very expensive to change very often. However having come from Grand Rapids and having lived in lots of other apartments, this IS luxury for the price you pay.
