Great, but expensive

It is a very nice place to live. Very quiet and one would feel very safe living there. The only problem is the price. It is one of the expensive apartments around, and I personnally don't think you get what you pay for. The workout area is a piece of crap, but the other facilities are nice, no game room or anything, but a pool and and a tennis court.
