After coming from United Apt, this place was luxury! Things were fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Always had gatherings at the club house for tenants. Great closet space! Only thing more could've asked for was private entrances (on 2nd floor) Ground floor front can enter through patio door.

Laundry in each bldg-no going outside in blizzards! Only 2 washers/2 dryers though.

Grounds well kept, especially for allowing all pets! Nice pool.

Only complaint is the key to the main entrance always stuck-for many of the tenants in my bldg at least. Also (beyond their control) across the main street you have to drive on to get to apt is a 'college apt' community. Numerous occasions there have been TONS of broken beer bottles tossed into the street with no way to avoid that. Be on the look out for glass.

Great apt for mature students or adults or families. Definitely takes you away from the college town atmosphere, even when you're surrounded by CMU.
