I have lived in the complex for 3 years. Its by far the best apt complex one could ask for. The prices are comming down but the best part about this place is how quiet it is. In 3 years I have only once heard a radio comming from an adjacent apt. late at night. (To be honost I might just have gotten lucky with neighbors) Parking was never a problem, very close to the Cabin Bar and campus.

My only real complaints are the cost and I could never get them to fix the dryer so that it would fully dry my clothes.

Other than that its a great place!
