Not Enough Quality for the Money...

Okay, so Country Place has a really great website... and it makes it sound/look like it totally worth the extra money. It's not.
The carpet is supposed to be a great "neutral grey" to go with all your furniture... it was not grey but blue. The cupboards were supposed to be "really ample in space"... there were like 5 cupboards. The trim in the apartment was half painted black and half white' And then the "oversized" balcony is really kind of ------ and needs new paint. Then, the place kind of smells... and NO utilities are included. Not even trash and water. And the video library has about 50 VHS videos, the most recent video was Shrek.
$765 plus all utilities, a $100 "administration fee", a $300 deposit, and a $25 dollar application fee is too much for Country Place.
Ps- You only get one covered parking spot per apartment.

And you didn't know all this before you moved in? You didn't look through the kitchen and see the cupboards? Of course the website is nice it is supposed to sell the property. If you didn't know all this before you moved in its your own fault your not happy. I have lived here for almost three years now and love my apartment. Yes there are some things I would change but I knew what I was getting into before I moved in. You shouldn't trash nice properties based on your own mistake!

I completely agree with you nauticababy. I have lived here for a year and am pleased with it. If you have problems, then tell them and they'll fix it for you. The trim isn't bad like that and things have been updated since this review.
