I moved in to Country Place because it was the only place I knew of in town that allowed pets. I lived here over 2 yrs and I feel like I was a good tenant. At first I felt like the apartment was pretty nice but then after checking out other apts, I found that Country Place was outdated and expensive. I always paid my rent on time, cleaned up after my pets, kept my noise level down and cleaned up very well when I moved. After I moved out I was charged for many random things they said needed to be replaced or fix. I am VERY upset. They need to figure out what normal wear and tear is and also take better records of previous tenants damage. Other things that were wrong with the apartment were a ticking noise in the pipes, carpets were rolling, toilet was consistently breaking, and the grounds were poorly landscaped (patchy grass and empty flowerbeds). The manager of the complex was rude but both of the other girls that worked there with her were very nice.
