I have been a resident here for four years. Just renewed another year, not because I had to, but because I really enjoy living here. Talk about country setting. With a large pond, well kept, you see all kinds of animals including deer coming right to my patio and cruising through. Excellent swimming pool, heated, well kept. I did some checking around Mt. Pleasant. I am a native of this town, born and raised. Of all, and I mean all apartments in this city, you have to take a look at this one. I have no problems with the tenents or the management. Very friendly and jonny on the spot when there is a problem. I have referred several people and they even give you a big bonus for doing so. My apartment is just the right size for my spouse and I and I even have a large boxer dog that enjoys it too. So if your interested in finding a quiet and piecefull place to enjoy, give em a call and take a run through.
