I moved into Northwinds Apartments last December. I LOVE IT! You get to use ur own personal washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave and water softener that they supply. They also pay for the trash and water. The rent is very reasonable. I live in a one-bedroom apartment and although its small it fits me and my fiance just fine. I wish would have pets, but you know... if you can't u can't! I recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking to not spend a lot of money, who can deal with smaller apartments, and who is looking for quality. The management and maintenance people are wonderful and do whatever they can to help!
