Tallgrass has nice people until you move out or try to get something fixed. I called maintenance numerous times to try to get our door fixed and then they tried to charge us for a new one after we moved out because they couldn't fix it. The problem was normal wear and tear on the hinges and they wanted us to pay for a whole new door!'!' The windows leak cold air in and they won't install other ones. They are the cheapest people ever. Once you move out be prepared to receive a bill for around 2-4 thousand in extra charges. Ours was more than one whole year's rent payment!!! My advice, just keep fighting and don't pay them a dime until you get it down to what your security deposit was. Basically, your security "deposit" is not a deposit at all, it is just another payment to them.
In conclusion, just don't live here. They aren't worth it at all. Unless you want to deal with another huge bill when you move out, just don't live here.
