Everything you hear about the staff is true. They are all great and extremely helpful/understanding. Me and my roommate lived in a 2 person apartment (the bigger one) and it was on the top floor. You can occasionally hear music and stuff but what do you expect in an apartment complex in a college town. They do offer a pool and a little workout center (that is very ran down due to people screwing with it rendering it useless) but the pool has not been open for the past 4 months for us. There is plenty of parking for each building but unfortanetly during the winter the plowing is absolutely horrible. One path is plowed around the outside of the complex and if you can make it to that your good. If not bummer. The staff did help push me out once though. (Mind you I have a VW Jetta so it's a smaller car).
Here's my issue with the entire place. The upkeep of electricity and water were horrible. The great thing is they don't make you pay utilities and it comes with basic cable from charter (which we expanded to internet). But our water was turned off about once a week and sometimes we would only have cold water. Our electricity was off 5-8 times during the year and once for 2 full days. This wasn't our room, we received notices that the entire building was going through the same thing. They did replace a boiler (for hot water) so I'm sure the issue will happen less with the upgrade but keep in mind it can happen. Also my roommate had a pipe leak above his room and has water damage on his wall. We are moving out this weekend (after a year stay).
Also there is a one time fee of (I think) 300 dollars if you want a pet and that will allow you to have more than one pet as long as they are small.
