Horrible Management DO NOT live here. If the managers weren't so rude, ditzy and dumb I might have lived here.Just kidding, it all sucks. My friend lives here and he has to meet me at Walmart so my car doesn't get towed! There were so many fees to pay upfront, plus a cleaning

Copper Beech is great I checked out other places before moving in to the Beech. But nothing compared. They have the biggest places! I like having my own bathroom, deck, huge closets... They do change management a lot but the new manager is by far the best. She seems to have it together. We

I live in Copper Beech right now and I love it. I know people complain about management, but I have never had a problem with them. I have lived in Mt Pleasant for 4 years and all student housing has the same type of management. The apartments here are huge!

WORST PLACE EVER! Sure, it's brand new, but they built it so fast thast there are tons of problems. But come and live here anyway if you want to receive an angry note everyday from the management and get screwed over with EVERYTHING! And don't invite a friend over for even an hour

Never ever ever live in this overpriced piece of ---- Good luck if you want to live here. Sure they look nice but you will pay through the --- and the management is so horrible. Plus they tow any of your guests cars if they park their past ten pm. So don't plan on having and friends
