These apartments look really nice from the outside and I was initially impressed; it didn't take long after I moved in to become unimpressed. The people around there are real litterbugs. There is a groundskeeper who is constantly picking up their trash. The neighbors aren't that friendly and you can hear EVERYTHING! I can even hear my neighbors talking downstairs. I quickly realized how cheaply built these apartments were. The office and maintenance are slow to act on complaints, if they do at all. The parking lot is very noisy at night. They do periodic inspections of your apartment, I guess since they are considered low-income, but then they want to raise the rent from $499 (no utilities included) to $565' In Muskegon, that is not considered low-income. Definately disappointed, as I have lived in other complexes before and this didn't live up to my expectations.
