Nice but needs better management

This complex is a nice, pretty, clean place to live. Maintenance is really good also.
The only flaw really is the management. They pick and choose what to take care of or what to respond to when problems arise. They also want everyone to follow the rules of the complex, but not them of course. They basically break the rules that they are supposed to follow also. Its a shame, it could be an excellent place to live.
