While the clubhouse is appealing from the inside, dont' be fooled by the fake people inside. They come across really nice and helpful until you sign the lease, and then it's all a dream. I was charged twice for one month because they lost my rent, so I have to pay it again....so I was out the money. They also charged me for a dog that I had put to sleep. They charged the pet feel for 4 months after he was put down, and I gave it to them in writing 9 times. They had my friends car towed for assigning him a spot and then saying that he parked in the wrong one, only the paperwork he had stated it was the right spot....they never payed him back either. The apartments are old and falling apart, and they don't put any money into the buildings, except the office..it's really nice in there, but I had water dripping from my roof. I'd say never move in there, EVER!!!!!!!!!!

It's true, I had water leaking from the roof into my bedroom and bathroom. They are old apartments and need a lot of work. I also had problems with them charging my rent twice also. Don't move here.
