I have resided here since the summer of 2004 and am sadly completing my final lease due to the purchase of a home. During this time, I have witnessed several changes in staff, ownership, and management. Since her appointment in 2006, Jamilah and her staff have done a remarkable job of creating the right image for this community. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments extremely well maintained.

The apartments boast many luxurious qualities that make them extremely comfortable. Soundproofing with double walls between all units, fireplaces, central air conditioning, nine-foot ceilings, and glass top stoves (in select units) are among some of the features available here. The atmosphere is that of a friendly neighborhood where many people develop lasting friendships.

It is said that a place or an organization is a direct reflection of its leadership. I strongly believe that the superior nature of Shoreline Landing Apartments is a testimony to the fact that the leadership has been insurmountable. It almost goes without saying that Jamilah, the resident manager, understands the needs of her residents and is willing to go above and beyond whenever she can to meet the needs of the community. If a safe, clean, and upscale residence in a family friendly community is what you are looking for, I highly endorse Shoreline Landing as a worthwhile investment. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
