After investigating several apartment complexes in the area, I selected Shoreline Landing Apartments as a place to live and have not once regretted my decision. Nothing about these apartments disappoints, and the experience I have had living here has exceeded my expectations.

The apartment units are spacious, beautifully/aesthetically designed, and have all the features you could want for comfortable living. Each unit comes with a washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove top, and roomy refrigerator. They are also cable/internet and phone ready. There are a perfect number of cable connections and outlets throughout the apartment, positioned so that you can design your furniture and electronics in a pleasing way without cords trailing all over the floor.

The management here is superb. Jamilah and her staff go the extra mile to make sure the tenants are comfortable and happy in their lives here. Requests for maintenance, questions about policies, and any issues in general are always treated as high priority and handled with the utmost efficiency. Any maintenance problems are always addressed immediately and fixed completely. The maintenance staff and extremely pleasant and efficient.

The managers care about the people who live here, and that is evident in their friendliness and willingness to help whenever help is needed. I feel lucky to have moved into an apartment where the space itself and the people who work here are unmatched!
