They need major upgrades, old building that were built well in the beginning but have been neglected by poor maitnence and management.
Repairs take forever..we've waited for lights to be fixed, water to stop running, toilets to stop running, the furnace to run, unstuck windows, and even the carpet in the hallway to be cleaned when the neighbor trailed grease thru it.. etc, all took forever to be addressed, and some still not addressed. Slippery sidewalks and carports in winter. Tacky setup in summer. There are so many things they could do to make it nicer. I am so dissapointed in this place. I thought it would be a nice place to live in, but it has become a constant headache.

I've had only good experiences with maintenance staff. they always respond immediately to any emergencies. We live in Muskegon. Everything is slippery in the winter, but the manager sends out a nice note reminding everyone to be careful. the plows are going around the clock and the maintenance guys are out snowblowing very early in the morning. The flowers are beautiful in the spring and summer and they always host great parties. the staff rocks!! You should talk to the manager. she will take good care of you.

I agree with both of them! They DO need major upgrades, old building that were built well in the beginning but have been neglected by poor maintenance and management. The staff does try to respond quickly but they are understaffed or not the most efficient staff. WHY WOULD THEY REMODEL A POOL IN JULY????? So many small things-washing pool windows, doors, etc, would make it look much better.
